As the Captain of the ship, Rahul's responsibility is to ensure smooth sailing of ControlShift towards its mission. Rahul's journey began as a sales executive for Topp-Scholars, where he spent countless nights cold-calling and pitching to clients. He eventually founded his own start-up called 'Learning Curve - My Personal Tutor', which now has almost 70 innovative and hardworking minds. Back to the present, ControlShift has established itself as a beast in the recruitment industry, dealing in Talent Acquisition, Consulting & Staff Augmentation services all across the globe. Rahul is a highly driven individual who believes that talent alone is not enough, and success requires recognizing weaknesses and accepting help from others where we fall short. Rahul holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Mechatronics, Robotics, and Automation Engineering from the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies. He has relevant experience of 4.45 years and is proficient in test and research scientist tech stack. As the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of ControlShift, Rahul is tasked with overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the company. Despite his years of struggle and awaited success, he believes that it's just the beginning and they have a long way to go. Rahul is constantly striving to be better and is driven by his burning passion to succeed.
