As a Senior Tech Lead- Search and Matching Technology at RiseSmart.com, he specializes in recommendation, indexing and search at scale, REST and micro-services, NER, information scrapping, cloud computing, PWA, and SPA. Currently serving as a Senior Tech Lead at Randstad, Rahul has been promoted to lead multiple modules along the project lines to deliver end-to-end RiseSmart’s solution offering with the idea of getting R&D efforts integrated into the company roadmap. He also built a global search infrastructure for the Risesmart application and led the planning, design, and implementation of the BrightFIT project, which provides career transition advice and performs skill gap analysis for the user based on skills and titles that are in the greatest demand by job posting and employers.
