Rahul Tudu is an experienced software developer and options trader with a passion for programming. He started with Dialogflow, which supported basic requirements, and then developed his own algorithm to find patterns in chat history for more complex queries. He is now working on vectorizing previous chats and finding cosine similarity and Euclidean distance between vectors to match the best possible answers for even more complex queries. Rahul also worked on a Hackathon-Chatbot suggestion project at OkCredit, where he created a system that suggests possible questions that users might have when visiting the customer support portal. He recorded and sorted each user journey in the app according to time and gave a score to each event. This score decreases exponentially for past events, thus decreasing the importance of past events. When a user visits the customer support portal, they are shown the best three questions related to their user journey based on scores given to each event. With his strong technical skills and experience in developing chatbots and recommendation systems, Rahul is a valuable asset to any team.
