Rahul Venuraj is a highly experienced education professional with over 17 years of experience in curriculum design and pedagogy. He is currently serving as the Head of Curriculum and Pedagogy at kyt, where he is responsible for building high-impact learning experiences for students. Prior to his current role, Rahul served as the Head of Curriculum and Pedagogy at lead school, where he led the development and rollout of curriculum for grades 6 to 9. He was responsible for creating lesson plans, textbooks, videos, and assessments to enhance the effectiveness of pre-primary and primary school curriculum for grades K to 5. Rahul also served as the Vice President of cuemath, where he designed a robust assessment engine to help identify learning gaps for remediation in students. He created a progress framework to make learning outcomes tangible and actionable and conceptualized a new online delivery model for the Cuemath curriculum for senior grades. He also successfully rolled out the Cuemath learning system to international geographies through partnerships. Rahul holds a Master of Business Administration degree with a specialization in Marketing from the National University of Singapore. He has a proven track record of delivering high-quality learning experiences and has a deep understanding of curriculum design and pedagogy.
