Rahul Yadav is a Chemical Engineer with a Bachelor of Technology degree from Dr. B. R. Ambedkar National Institute of Technology, Jalandhar. With over 4 years of experience in the industry, he is currently working as a Process Engineer at Reliance Industries Limited, Hazira, where he is responsible for process designing, PFDs, P&IDs, and detailed engineering. Rahul has a core interest in chemical consulting and has gained expertise in DCS systems of Styrene Butadiene Plant (SBR Plant), commissioning of Rosin Acid Batch preparation packages, and simulations of reactors, column, and heat exchangers using ASPEN PLUS Simulator. He has also worked on UNI-SIM software for modelling generic loops in the plant, Risk Assessment documentation, and SAP for Permit to Work Procedure. During his time as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Reliance, Rahul worked on ammonia cooling system of the reactors, HTRI for rating the heat exchangers in the plant, and PFDs and P&IDs while troubleshooting the process failure. He has knowledge about the basics of vacuum packages, compressor packages, and ammonia compressor packages. Rahul's past experience also includes working as a Summer Trainee at Reliance, where he worked in continuous polymerization plant for polyester production and worked on oligomer waste reduction procedure by optimization of temperature and pressure, and PTA discharging system. With his expertise in the field and his experience in various projects, Rahul is a valuable asset to any organization. He is a hardworking individual with a passion for chemical engineering and is always willing to learn and take on new challenges.
