Raj Bose is a seasoned Global Talent Acquisition and HR Leader with over two decades of experience leading organizations through transformative growth journeys across IT Services, Product, Start-ups, RPO, MSP & Agency models across India, APAC & US regions. He has demonstrated expertise in large-scale people leadership, building & maintaining clients/stakeholder’s relationships, consulting, promote growth, driving revenues, and enable supportive leadership and coaching in all operational management deliveries. Currently, Raj is the Associate Vice President - Human Resources at Indium Software, where he heads the Talent Acquisition Group (COE - India & USA) and is responsible for strategic initiatives as a leader. He creates, strategizes, measures, finds and solves recruitment challenges across the organization. In his past roles, Raj has worked as the Head of Talent Acquisition at Avataar, where he was responsible for overall BU initiatives in managing and overseeing the talent acquisition solutions, development and growth. He has also worked at Korn Ferry as a Talent Acquisition Business Partner, where he managed end-to-end IT/ Digital /Operational TA activities, overseeing account management and partnering with key stakeholders across Australia & New Zealand business units to plan, initiate and implement the talent management solutions. Raj holds a Master's degree in Human Resources Management/Personnel Administration, General from Loyola College, Chennai. He is a strategic leader who has worked and transformed talent landscapes through talent evolution & innovation in hiring.
