He is currently working as a Manager in the Impact Investing Group at IndusInd Bank, where he is responsible for deal generation, due diligence, investment and credit analysis of proposals, and banking relationship management with impact space companies in sectors including agriculture, livelihood, financial inclusion, and renewable energy. Prior to joining IndusInd Bank, Raj worked with Gold Farm as a Project Manager and as a Product and Marketing Manager. At Gold Farm, he was responsible for managing an app-based tractor renting platform for small and marginal farmers, making farm mechanization accessible and affordable by bringing shared economy to rural areas. He worked at the intersection of product, marketing, and project management, ensuring that the platform was user-friendly and met the needs of farmers. Raj holds a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree in Marketing/Marketing Management from the Indian Institute of Management, Lucknow, and a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Sant Longowal Institute of Engineering & Technology. He has also worked at ISRO and TCS, gaining valuable experience in the industry. Raj is passionate about impact investing and is committed to driving positive change in the world.
