With over 10 years of relevant experience, Raj has built and scaled data sciences teams, algorithms, and infrastructure for startups, as well as Fortune 100 companies across retail, pharmaceutical, Fin-Tech, and technology verticals. Prior to Binks, Raj worked for Simpl, where he held two positions: Product - Fraud Prevention & Mitigation and Head - Analytics & Inferences. In these roles, he developed and implemented fraud prevention strategies and built analytics and inference models to improve business operations. Raj's educational background includes an Accelerator Program from Y Combinator in 2019 and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Engineering from SRM University, where he studied from 2009 to 2013. He also completed his High School education at Creane Memorial Higher Secondary School in 2007, where he studied Mathematics and Computer Science. Raj's technical expertise lies in infrastructure, and he has leveraged this skill set to build and scale data sciences teams and algorithms. His experience in the field has allowed him to develop a deep understanding of the Fin-Tech and technology verticals, which he has applied to his work at Binks.
