Raja Vijaya Saradhi Chintada is a highly experienced Product Manager with a proven track record of success in building and leading teams in consumer-based web products, mobile apps, productivity tools, and internal tools. With over 6 years of relevant experience, Raja has previously worked as a PM at highly competitive product-based start-ups and multinational companies. Currently, Raja works as a Technical Product Manager at flynote, where he has created a roadmap and launched Flynote.com, growing the platform to 33% GMV share, 23% of leads share, and 10K MAUs. He also led a team to execute Vibecity.in, an online marketplace for creators and artisans in India. Additionally, he launched two pilot programs during COVID, attracting more than 550 plus registrations and engaging 3.5K users. In his previous role as a Full Stack Engineer at CISCO, Raja addressed gaps relative to specific clients' collaboration needs. He built Message Archival for WebEx Teams from scratch and held product management responsibilities of building and launching V2MOM, Organisation Alignment Platform within CISCO. He also formed and led a frontend team of two developers and two interns on building the frontend of the V2MOM web platform using React and Redux. As a Co-Founder of Collegekart, Raja built an end-to-end responsive UI for the entire web application using SCSS, CSS3, Bootstrap3, and jQuery. He also worked on wireframes and prototyping the screens for both mobile and desktop applications and built views of MVC in Ruby on Rails. Raja holds an MSc Project Management from Nottingham Business School, Nottingham Trent University, and a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Computer Science and Engineering from gitam. He is highly skilled in product management, Web, Frontend, Mobile, Android, UI, designer, Redux, Integration, and Ruby.
