Raja Sekhar is a seasoned software engineer with over 8 years of experience in designing and developing solutions using Python, Java, and Kubernetes technologies. He is currently a Member of Technical Staff 4 at Nutanix, where he continues to hone his skills in developing automation solutions using Ansible and Python. Raja has a strong background in working with production-grade Kubernetes clusters and has been involved in developing microservices-based applications using Flask and Postgres. He has also worked with VMware products such as vSphere, ESXi, and vRealize LogInsight, where he developed automation for testing VMware vSphere products. In his previous role as a Senior Member of Technical Staff at VMware, Raja was responsible for developing Ansible code for managing and automating production-grade Kubernetes clusters. He also developed Golang code for storage provisioning in Kubernetes and implemented an admission controller in Kubernetes using Golang. Additionally, he was involved in monitoring and metrics collection, alerting (Slack) in Kubernetes using Prometheus and Grafana (UI). Raja holds an M.Tech degree in Computer Science from VIT and a degree in Communication and Computer Engineering from LNMIIT. He also completed his Class X from St. Joseph's English School. With over 11 years of relevant experience, Raja is a skilled software engineer with expertise in Kubernetes, Ansible, Python, Java, microservices, Flask, Postgres, Docker, and UI. He is passionate about developing innovative solutions and contributing to the growth of his organization.
