He is the CEO and co-founder of Plethy, a connected healthcare company that enables care providers to deliver precision-care to patients at home. Raja is a master at connecting dots and sustaining personal and organizational energy to make business transformation a reality. He believes in the power of collaboration and has won loyalty from the teams he has led and the alliances he has forged. Raja's key areas of expertise include sales leadership, strategic alliances, channels, product management, strategic marketing, general management, and companywide transformational initiatives. He has held executive roles in tech and startup companies, including his current role at Plethy. At Plethy, Raja is reimagining care by supporting aging and recovery through Recupe, a virtual care platform that enables patients with musculoskeletal conditions to manage their care at home and provides real-time recovery insights to care providers. Plethy's focus on musculoskeletal care as a foundation for overall physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing aligns with Raja's belief that musculoskeletal health leads to a better quality of life and the ability to perform normal activities of daily living. Raja's past experience includes serving as a Corporate Strategic Advisor on Sales/Channel/Alliance go-to-market strategies at Eseye, where he enabled the leadership team on go-to-market strategic partnerships to scale the Managed Services Platform and unique AnyNet technology optimizes to near 100% device connectivity across 2G, 3G, or 4G cellular coverage across GSM, LTE CAT 1/NBIoT, where possible, and wherever they are deployed globally. He also served as a Senior Advisor at Boston Consulting Group (BCG), supporting strategy creation for BCG's global customers across a myriad of industries. Raja holds an MBA from the University of California, Berkeley - Walter A. Haas School of Business and an MS in Electrical Engineering from Oklahoma State University. He is an active investor and advisor and has a passion for transforming healthcare through technology.
