Rajagopal Natarajan is a seasoned product and technology leader with over 14 years of experience in building innovative products that impact the lives of millions of consumers. He has a proven track record of leading initiatives across software, hardware, and IoT and has worked in various industries to change their dynamics. Currently serving as the CEO and Co-Founder of Xook, Rajagopal is building the future of food courts one robotic fresh food kiosk at a time. He is passionate about using technology to revolutionize the food industry and create products that have a significant impact on people's lives. Prior to Xook, Rajagopal worked at Cult.fit, where he served as the Product and Engineering lead for Cultgear and New Business Lines. He was responsible for building out the product strategy for an omnichannel commerce platform, design management workflows, and brand management systems. Rajagopal also led the product and engineering efforts for the subsidiary and built out the brand positioning and refined the value props to focus on as part of the core team. Rajagopal is a YC and Techstars Alum and has a B.Tech in Information Technology from the College of Engineering, Guindy, and a B.Tech in Industrial Biotechnology from Anna University. He is an alumnus of Y Combinator, where he gained valuable experience and skills in entrepreneurship and building successful startups. Rajagopal takes pride in building stellar teams where each member scaled up and drove orders of magnitude higher impact eventually. He is constantly identifying talent gaps across functions and hiring across functions to round up the overall team. Rajagopal also augments the in-house team members with consultants to increase engineering bandwidth in the short to mid-term while keeping the hiring bar high for building up the team for the long run.
