Rajan Tagore is an experienced Network Engineer with a demonstrated history of working in the telecom industry. He is currently working as a Technical Lead at HCL Technologies. Rajan has domain expertise predominantly in Packet Core nodes MME, SGW, PGW, and PCRF and IMS nodes. He is skilled in VoLTE, IMS, LTE Testing, Virtualisation, and Routing and Switching. Rajan is proficient in creating all the artifacts of testing such as Test Scenarios, Test case designing, Test case development, Defect Reports, and Test Summary Report. He has expertise in capturing EPC and IMS logs and Gateway logs using jumper for E2E call flows using various tools and analysis of Wireshark logs. He has performed Manual Testing for regression, Integration, and Smoke Testing of LTE Network. Rajan has also analyzed IMS logs for the services and features supported by the device for the latest Software and network updates. He is good at debugging and problem-solving skills peered with strong communication skills. He has worked on VNF Installation, configuration, and integration of Affirmed MCC. He has experience in Testing and troubleshooting of Mobility network core and infrastructure. Rajan has worked with tech mahindra as a Network Engineer in the past. He was actively involved in the High-Level Design (HLD) of the Test cases. He was responsible for analysis of test results, problem reporting, recreation and verification, review test plans, test coverage status & defects with team members. He has validated the Affirmed GW and the services offered in the LTE Release 12 networks. The services like VoIP, High rate data transfer were tested using the tools like ix-load, Ds-test. He has also monitored LTE network elements –HSS, MME, SAE GW, PCRF with CUPS architecture using tools like Acquitas(EMS), Grafana. Rajan has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical Engineering Technologies/Technicians from Deenbandhu Chhotu Ram University of Science & Technology, Murthal(Sonepat). He has relevant experience of 8.95 years in the industry.
