Rajan Kumar is a highly skilled and experienced Data Scientist with over 4 years of experience in analysing large and complex datasets. He is passionate about solving real-world problems using Machine Learning, Reinforcement Learning, and optimisation techniques. Rajan has worked in the retail and electronic design automation domains and has successfully solved several retail problems such as sales forecasting, fashion assortment, dynamic pricing, and similar item recommendation. Currently, Rajan is working as a Data Science Advisor at Dell, where he is responsible for developing and implementing data-driven solutions to improve business outcomes. Prior to this, he worked as an R&D Engineer II at Synopsys and as a Machine Learning Researcher at TCS. Rajan holds a B.Tech with Honours in Electronics and Communications Engineering from the Indian Institute of Information Technology (IIIT), Allahabad. During his academic career, he has published three research papers in reputed conferences. Rajan has hands-on experience with Big Data tools and technologies such as Pyspark and Apache Airflow.
