Rajasekhar Ummadisetty is a seasoned Senior Software Engineer at Netflix with over 7 years of experience in the information technology and services industry. He holds a Master’s Degree in Management Information Systems from Carnegie Mellon University - H. John Heinz III College, which has equipped him with the skills and knowledge to excel in his field. Currently, Rajasekhar is working as a Project Trainee at Defence Electronics Research Laboratory, where he has developed a receiver processor using Very High Speed Integrated Circuit Hardware Description Language. He has also analyzed the data received in parallel from four homodyne receivers using the developed receiver processor, developed top-level design, port mapped the modules, and tested for its functionality. Additionally, he has implemented the design in the target hardware and tested its functionality. Prior to his current role, Rajasekhar worked as a Business Technology Analyst at Deloitte, where he helped clients identify and execute against their enterprise resource planning needs using Oracle EBS. He was involved in Planning, Analysis, Development, Testing, Implementation, and Evaluation phases of SDLC. He developed PL/SQL Packages involving Cursors, Functions, Procedures, and AOL components like Concurrent programs, values sets, and lookups. He also developed a custom application to mask and scramble sensitive data, which reduced costs and improved efficiency by 100%. He is technically proficient in RICE components (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Extensions). Before joining Deloitte, Rajasekhar worked as a Database Assistant at Heinz Alumni Relations, where he enforced the Confidentiality, Integrity, and availability of alumni data. He administered the official Heinz LinkedIn page, generated alumni reports for faculty, staff, students, and alumni, and facilitated alumni Board meetings and events.
