Rajashekhar Banoth is a highly accomplished entrepreneur and product leader with over 8 years of experience in the industry. He is currently a Founding member, CXO, and Product Leader at OneCode, where he is leading the development of a super app that aims to digitize India’s 50M+ sales agents. Under his leadership, OneCode has grown to ~1 Million agent networks across India and has received funding from tier1 VCs and angels in India. Prior to OneCode, Rajashekhar worked as a Product Manager at Times Internet, where he executed ideas that led to delivering a seamless product to the user. During his tenure, he handled several critical use cases, including the Predict & Win module, which helped acquire 62% of new users, and the Great Indian Restaurant Festival, which achieved big GMV numbers. He also introduced a recommendation engine that increased conversion by 18% from relevant product funnels. Rajashekhar is also a Core Committee member at Hack in The North, one of the biggest student-held hackathons in India. He holds a Bachelor of Technology (BTech) degree in Technology from iiit. As a product leader, Rajashekhar is highly skilled in product management and has a deep understanding of the Indian market.
