Rajasimman Asokan is a Senior Human Resources Business Partner with over 19 years of experience in the field. Rajasimman has also worked as an HR officer at LG Balakrishnan & Bros Ltd, where he was primarily responsible for recruitment till manager level and introduced psychometric tools for hiring engineers and managers based on the nature of the role. Rajasimman holds a Higher Secondary Schooling degree from Stanes Higher Secondary School. He is a subject matter expert on HR analytics & technology operations issues and has spearheaded campus recruitment for Coimbatore and Kerala belt colleges.
