Rajat Aggarwal is an accomplished engineering leader with over 10 years of experience in various domains such as software, transportation, media, entertainment, leisure, travel & tourism, and education. He has delivered multiple projects from requirements to deployment, and has also redesigned various projects from monolithic to micro architecture. Rajat has extensive experience in team management, design, architecture, and delivery using Agile and scrum methodologies. Currently, Rajat is working as an Engineering Leader (Technical Architect) at Uber, where he is leading and managing the Uber reliability platform from the data visualization side. He is helping Uber developers and customer service representatives receive insights from logs and other data (kibana, grafana) in one location. Prior to Uber, Rajat worked at Microsoft as a Senior Software Engineer and SDE - 2. He worked on the migration of Word Online from C# to the React- Typescript tech stack and implemented and led the text prediction on the Word online platform. Rajat has a diverse educational background, with a PGD in ML & AI from iiit bangalore, an MBA in International Business from iift, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Computer Science from dce. He also completed a PGD in ML & AI from amity university. Rajat's tech stack includes Senior Software Engineer, Javascript, Typescript, Software Engineer, NodeJS, ReactJS, SQL, AWS, AngularJS, ML, Flask, Azure, and Web. With his relevant experience of 6.20 years, Rajat is a highly skilled and experienced engineering leader who is capable of delivering complex projects and managing teams effectively.
