Shaw Group as a Member Technical, where he collaborated extensively with traders and the Financial Research group to deliver sophisticated solutions for automating manual workflows. He developed backend services using Python and UI using ReactJS for automating tracking of deals secured through Equity share offerings. Additionally, he enhanced the Equities universe management process by incorporating attribute validations and the ability to automatically determine tradeability of a stock, improving data quality and process efficiency. Rajat also contributed towards revamping the legacy earnings confirmation infrastructure by understanding the existing workflow, identifying its shortcomings, and improving coverage by evaluating other data sources. Rajat's educational background includes a Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology, Tiruchirappalli. He also completed his 12th grade from Mother's Public School, Bhubaneswar, and his 10th grade from the same institution.
