Rajat Dubey is an experienced MLOps Engineer at Deloitte, with over 6 years of experience in the data analytics and problem-solving industry. He completed his Masters in Business Analytics at the Sauder School of Business at UBC, Vancouver in November 2019, where he gained skills in the pertinent tools and technologies, operations and supply chain management, marketing, and statistics. Prior to joining Deloitte, Rajat worked as a Data Scientist for London Drugs, where he was responsible for creating and implementing production-level weekly demand forecasts for over 5 million item-location combinations. He was primarily responsible for continuous integration and deployment of machine learning models, experiment tracking, and harmonizing multiple components. He also worked on building data factory pipelines and processes for data migration from Netezza to Azure cloud environment through collaboration with stakeholders across the organization. Additionally, he worked on implementing a behavioral and attitudinal customer segmentation model by combining internal customer data and external market research sources as Environics. He was primarily responsible for building data models, ML model deployment, data visualization, and model maintenance. Before joining London Drugs, Rajat worked with the world's largest pure-play data analytics firm, Mu Sigma Inc. The experience allowed him to work with clients all across the globe and domains such as retail, banking, and insurance. The intoxicating energy and curious nature of the organization left a lasting mark on the way he approaches a problem. Rajat's core competencies include data analytics, machine learning, optimization, demand forecasting, machine learning operations, Azure cloud services, Databricks, data-driven marketing, statistical tools and techniques, data visualization, product management, and business process modeling & notation. Rajat holds a Master of Business Analytics from the UBC Sauder School of Business and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Electrical, Electronics, and Communications Engineering from SRM University.
