Rajat Jain is a skilled Technical Program Manager with over 6 years of experience in the IT industry. He is currently serving his notice period at Paytm, where he manages the software release schedule for multiple product teams for multiple competing customer projects in parallel. Rajat is an expert in Agile Project Management, Release Management, Project Planning, People Management, and Stakeholder Management. Prior to Paytm, Rajat worked at Amdocs as a Software Development Team Lead and Associate Software Engineer. At Amdocs, he managed Scrum Ceremonies for Application Scrum and handled designing, code review, and deployment plan. He also handled scoping along with Product Owners, Architects, and Project Managers and defined detailed acceptance criteria to conduct code-fix or enhancement to business functionality code. Rajat maintained project schedules and tasks and prepared a sustainable plan for handling current and backlog tasks. He identified problems and formulated alternative solutions and effectively utilized resources to handle tasks in committed budget and timelines.
