He has also developed an internal portal to gather automation ideas and is driving a citizen development program for non-technical employees. Prior to his current role, Rajat worked as a Consultant for Deloitte, where he implemented an analysis module for the company's "Chatterbox" framework and was responsible for implementing the Amgen "Purchase Order" bot. He also evaluated the capabilities of the Kore.ai platform and implemented the first Microsoft Teams Chatbot "CATO" for Pfizer. Rajat has also worked as a Programmer for Cognizant, where he implemented several bots for Capital One, including the "Automated Clearing House" bot and the "Rehydration bot."
