Rajat Jain is an experienced tech professional with a proven track record of building teams, projects, and processes from scratch while delivering on the expected quality and deadlines. With 7 years of experience in people management, cloud development, and client management, Rajat has a wealth of experience in the start-up world. Currently working as a Technical Program Manager at mobile premier league, Rajat is responsible for setting up the process for two pods while ensuring coordination with five other pods. He also oversees the execution of project plans in two core pods, including Agile sprints, DSMs, demos, milestones, and retros. Prior to this, Rajat worked as a Technical Program Manager at Elucidata, where he worked with the VP to define engineering team structure, allocate projects and people to teams, and initiated and established Agile processes for a team of around 25 engineers. He also developed a process that ensured visibility over milestone delivery for the product and liaised between engineering, product, and strategy teams to ensure alignment on product vision and technical debt/health. Rajat executed an external-facing consulting project having a business of 250,000 USD that resulted in renewal and upsell of the contract. Before that, Rajat was a core team member at Elucidata, where he co-led the growth of the engineering team from 5 to 30 members. He defined and owned quarterly OKRs of the engineering team for 3 years, co-led the definition and setting up of the company culture for around 50 employees, and defined vision and scope of the product while working in cross-functional teams. Rajat holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics and Communication Engineering from the Global Institute of Technology, Jaipur. He has a strong technical background with skills in Senior Software Engineering, Research Science, AWS, CI/CD, and Microservices.
