Rajat started his career as an RPO and later worked as a Talent Acquisition Executive at a Healthcare Product Organization. He gained valuable experience as a Senior Talent Acquisition Executive at a SaaS Cloud Infrastructure platform, where he led end-to-end recruitment in Engineering teams. Rajat is well-versed with all phases of Tech & Prod Recruitment, including Sourcing, Screening, Coordinating, Stakeholder Management, Reference Checks, Post Offer Negotiations, and Improving offer to Joining Ratios. He leverages Sourcing Methodologies like Boolean & X-Ray searches, Job boards, Social Platforms, Employee Referrals, and Vendor Management to make successful conversions within the TAT.
