Rajat Kumar is a process-driven Business Intelligence and Data Analyst with over 6 years of relevant experience interpreting and analyzing data to drive growth for a SAAS company. He has a proven track record of furnishing insights, analytics, and business intelligence needed to guide decisions. Rajat is a potent blend of proactive attitude and energy, always looking forward to a challenge each day, learning the skill set required to face it, and growing from it. Currently, Rajat is working as a Business Intelligence and Data Analyst at bayzat, where he set up the Business Intelligence team for the company. He gathered all the data from different sources like backend, Salesforce, HubSpot, Jira, and other data sources and performed analytics and made dashboards for sales, marketing, operations, customer success, finance, HR, engineering, and product teams. He also set up the tracking plan with the tech team for product analytics to give valuable insights into functionality adoption, coming with new features, and using the data to improve the existing UX. Rajat has also set up looker automation workflows and defined, implemented, and automated health scores for the Customer Success team. He has also set up team evaluation and performance dashboards, taking into account all the KPIs of a department and weighing it to get a performance score of each employee. He has run several analyses on the insurance plans sold to understand the different customer segments the company has and finding the main customer segment based on age, gender, industry, number of employees, nationality, etc., which gives the best lifetime value (LTV). Before joining bayzat, Rajat worked with Geometric Limited as a Software Development Engineer and WorleyParsons as a Design Consultant. He has also completed his Bachelor's and Master's Degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Biology/Biological Sciences, General, respectively, from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani. He completed his High School from St. Mary's Academy, Meerut Cantt. Rajat's technical skills include Software Engineering, SQL, Salesforce, and Backend. He is a detail-oriented and proactive professional who is passionate about analyzing data to drive business growth.
