Rajat's expertise lies in architecting large, highly scalable applications and leading engineering teams with a focus on metrics-based continuous improvement. Currently, Rajat is the Head of Google Cloud (South), Customer Engineering, where he leads a team of specialists for South India. He manages a portfolio of accounts across various industries, including Digital Natives, Retail, Manufacturing, BFSI, and GICs. Rajat works with senior leadership to help shape their technology roadmap by bringing the entire portfolio of Alphabet products, in addition to Google Cloud, to help them achieve success. Previously, Rajat worked as a Customer Engineering Manager and Customer Engineer at Google, where he worked with large enterprises, primarily in the retail space, to understand their pain points or business opportunities. Leveraging Google Cloud and the massive engineering force behind it, he worked with an ecosystem of cloud partner firms, independent software vendors, and customers engineering teams to deliver the solution all the way to value realization.
