Rajat Parihar is a skilled Business Analyst with a passion for customer experience (CX). He possesses extensive knowledge of the Medallia platform and is Operational CEM certified. Currently working at Etech Global Services, Rajat handles end-to-end project services, client communication, and manages customer relationships. As a part of the Customer Experience organization, he has worked with some of the world's leading organizations, helping them to gain their customer's feedback, and guiding them to improve their customer's relationship/feedback. Before joining Etech Global Services, Rajat owned Arcade Ageofgamers, where he developed his entrepreneurial skills.
