Rajat Saxena is a highly skilled Software Engineering Manager with over 6 years of experience in the industry. Currently, he is leading the Fraud Platform team and Graph ML & Innovation team in the Security & Fraud Prevention department at Booking.com. With a strong background in software engineering, Rajat has previously worked at Facebook in the LogDevice team and at Booking.com as a Senior Software Engineer and Software Engineer. At Booking.com, Rajat’s work involved automating and scaling big data pipelines and engineering robust services involving distributed systems and technologies. His work powers the machine learning infrastructure for fraud prevention in the company. Rajat has also worked on engineering end-to-end infrastructure of scalable, robust, and secure compute services for powering graph features in detection and prevention of payments fraud, incentives fraud, fake accounts, and partner fraud. Rajat has a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering from Delhi College of Engineering (now known as dtu) and has completed his education in 2017. Prior to that, he completed his schooling from Hillwoods Academy in 2000. Rajat has a strong technical background and is proficient in Senior Software Engineering, ML, Software Engineering, Big Data, and infra.
