Rajat Shukla is a Software Engineer 2 with a focus on full stack development, ReactJS, Java, AWS, PL/SQL, and ML. He is currently working at Ellucian, a product-based company, under the R&D business unit, where he is responsible for providing a seamless experience to Banner Admin and Self Service applications within Experience. He is a problem solver with quick learning capability, and he has come up with many internal tools to speed up the development process. He is constantly improving his problem-solving, web development, and machine learning skills, which are reflected in his Hackathon and college competition winnings. In addition to his interest in learning and working, Rajat loves to spend time with his family, friends, and playing basketball. He has played basketball during his school days and has bagged many positions at school level and regional level as well. He was the sports captain, class monitor, and also the captain of his basketball team during his school days. This helped him in acquiring skills like leadership, teamwork, and being responsible. Rajat loves to meet new people and listen to their experiences. He goes to meetups and connects with as many people as possible. He loves to share his knowledge with people and to accomplish this, he used to conduct workshops and take seminars during his college days. In the pandemic, he has been utilizing the Clubhouse app to share his knowledge and debate on technical topics. This has helped him greatly in developing public speaking skills and connect with people around the world. Rajat has previously worked as an R&D intern (Machine Learning) at Ellucian and as a campus ambassador at Dell. He has a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Information Science from Vishveshwaraiah Technological University.
