Rajat Singh is an experienced software engineer with a strong background in computer networking and programming languages such as Java, C++, and Android. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree focused in Computer Science from the National Institute of Technology Durgapur. Currently, Rajat is working as an Associate at Goldman Sachs, where he is responsible for developing backend batch jobs from scratch using Spring Boot and JPA frameworks. He also works on openAPIs using Spring MVC, Mybatis, and DWR frameworks. With over 6.78 years of relevant experience, he has a demonstrated history of working in the consumer electronics industry. Prior to joining Goldman Sachs, Rajat worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Paytm Payments Bank and as a Software Engineer at Samsung R&D. At Paytm Payments Bank, he was responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side of the payment gateway. At Samsung R&D, he worked on developing software for Samsung’s mobile devices. Rajat has completed two Android apps for Internet of Things (IoT) to communicate with Bluetooth Low Energy (BLE) devices like smart electronics gadgets. He has also worked on the frontend part of another IoT Dashboard project using Angular JS/TS framework. His tech stack includes Spring, Java, SQL, Kafka, Golang, MySQL, Elastic Search, Terraform, and Javascript.
