Rajat Srivastava is a highly accomplished Program Manager with over 8 years of experience in leading large-scale cross-functional Business & Digital transformation programs. He is currently working as a Manager at HCL and is engaged in strategic initiatives and business transformation. Rajat has consistently been mentioned in HCL Achiever's league and has been awarded "ERS Champion for Innovation". In his current role, Rajat is aligned with the Capability CoE of the Research and Development division, where he enables all employees with requisite skills and tools to drive futuristic scientific and technological innovations. He oversees multi-million-dollar strategic initiatives from conception to completion as per organizational strategy through Waterfall or Agile. He manages technical architecture for a portfolio of SaaS and IaaS products, platforms, services stack, and data architecture by CoE to create integrated solutions, automations (RPA), and Azure cloud integrations. Rajat is skilled in managing program governance, strategic alignment, lifecycle, benefits realization (ROI, Earned Value, Valuation), stakeholder management (communication & review), change management, release management, systems integration, quality assurance, and risk management. He is also proficient in driving and implementing Six Sigma Black belt projects via BPR, process improvements, gap analysis, feasibility studies, and evaluating industry best practices. Rajat's past experience includes working as an intern at Jumeirah Group/Jumeirah Hotels & Resorts, where he designed the Pre-Opening Plan in MS Project and interacted with all stakeholders to understand their business and analyze the requirements of each department as per the pre-opening process. He also worked as a Marketing Associate Intern at Auris Ventures, where he utilized his knowledge of SEO and the MENA FMCG market to create a tactical marketing plan, finalized the marketing strategy and marketing tasks, and performed business development activities. Rajat holds a PGDM degree in Operations and Marketing from the Institute of Management Technology, Ghaziabad, and a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Electronics and Communications Engineering from Amity University. He completed his schooling from Tagore International School and Holy Family High School. Rajat is proficient in QA, research scientist, Azure, integration, test, Android, iOS, and mobile technologies.
