Rajat Verma is a highly motivated and hardworking individual with experience in finance, operations, and data management. Despite being born with hearing impairment, he has not let it limit his achievements. He hears through a combination of lip reading and sound, which has made him adept at communicating through email, chat, and face-to-face interactions. Rajat is a multitasker who thrives under pressure and is a fast and enthusiastic learner. Currently serving as the Founder of dhunn, Rajat has previously worked at The Daftar as a Finance, Data Management, and Operations professional. His responsibilities included handling accounts, renewals, payroll, expenses, and petty cash on a day-to-day basis. He also managed all due diligence related to GST, TDS, and ITR of Directors and Company. In addition, he worked on data analytics by managing the data repository of the organization, managing data through spreadsheets and ERP software, and creating reports and dashboards for management. Rajat also managed inventory, purchased inventory after reconciliation, and coordinated with online and offline vendors for inventory, bills, and reconciliation. Prior to his work at The Daftar, Rajat worked as a Trainee Software Engineer at Nucleus Software. He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Madurai Kamaraj University and a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Software Engineering from NIIT. Rajat also completed his 12th and 10th grades from C.B.S.E. Rajat is proficient in Software Engineering and is looking for an opportunity to apply his skills and abilities in a growth-oriented environment. He is an achiever by passion and is determined to excel in his career despite his hearing impairment.
