Rajdeep Pal is a Data Science Engineer at buynomics, with over 5 years of relevant experience in the field. He strongly believes that machines should handle all monotonous and time-consuming work, leaving humans to focus on more creative and innovative roles. Rajdeep has worked in various startups, where he gained experience in creating machine learning-based products for production that solve day-to-day problems. He enjoys every step in the data pipeline, from collecting the data on the field to processing it and getting insights out of it. He is passionate about working with data, creating models, predicting and finding insights to support business decisions. Currently, Rajdeep is working as a Data Science Engineer at Rakuten, where he is responsible for developing and implementing machine learning algorithms to improve business processes. Prior to this, he worked as a Senior Product Engineer and AI Researcher at Stylumia, where he developed AI-based products for the fashion industry. Rajdeep holds an MSc in Business Analytics from ESADE and a Bachelor of Technology in Information Technology from PES Institute of Technology. He also has a High School Diploma from Delhi Public School. Rajdeep's technical skills include Data Science, Research Science, Keras, Computer Vision, NLP, AI, Software Engineering, Kubernetes, Docker, ML, Tensorflow, Elastic Search, Python, and Java.
