Rajeev Kishore is an experienced End to End Solution Architect with over 12 years of experience in the industry. He is skilled in capturing, documenting, and validating business and user requirements, and supporting end-to-end systems involving Quote to Cash. Rajeev is adept at translating business requirements into functional solution design options and interfacing with development teams to ensure that all business requirements and functional designs are understood and delivered as desired. Currently working as an Associate Director of Engineering at Subex, Rajeev has held several positions within the company, including Solution Architect and Manager, and Consultant-Solution Design. He has worked with valued customers such as VodafoneIdea Limited (VIL), VodafoneZiggo, StarHub, Omantel, Turk Telekom, Telia, Cable & Wireless Panama, SHAW, ICE, and Comcast. In his previous roles, he was responsible for gathering requirements from various teams within customer organizations and assessing the impacts of implementing the solution on the existing system. He provided time and cost estimation, function point estimation, and creation of statement of work documents. Rajeev also prepared documents regarding functional specifications and design, interface design, and requirement traceability matrix. He gathered reference data and prepared data migration strategies, guided and trained implementation engineers, and assisted implementation engineers in deploying the solution on UAT and Production environment. He presented a demo of new features to clients for approval, analyzed and resolved the defects/clarification raised by the clients during UAT, and provided complete understanding of the customer requirement and proposed solution to the development and testing team, assisting them during build and deploy phase. Rajeev holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electrical, Electronics and Communications Engineering from Biju Patnaik University of Technology, Odisha. He is a Senior Software Engineer and has expertise in various tech stacks. Rajeev is a proactive team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
