Rajeev Kumar is a highly experienced Technical Manager, Software QA Architect, Automation Designer, and Customer Adviser, with nearly 20 years of relevant experience in the industry. Currently, he is serving as the Technical Team and Project Manager at TCS, where he manages technical programs and teams, leading them for regression testing and automation. He has built the team from scratch and trained more than 150 associates on various technologies. Rajeev is responsible for project deliverables and tracking for regression and automation to the client, as well as daily status update meetings - internal and external performance review and appraisal for the team. He is adept at technical and people resource optimization and planning, risk assessment, and mitigation, and conflicts management. Rajeev has previously worked as a Staff Engineer at Juniper Networks, where he was responsible for API development using Python for ROBOT Framework, new product/feature integration testing, virtualization platform deployment and testing, and scale and performance testing. He has also worked as a Senior Software Engineer at Aruba, where he was involved in IPv6 Access Point and ARM testing, VoWifi, MS Lync integration and testing, FMC and mobility testing, and feature automation. Rajeev holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani.
