Rajeev is a strong collaborative, people-focused leader with a proven track record of building and leading large, diverse, and distributed engineering teams across the globe. As the Employee Experience Leader for IBM India Software Lab, Rajeev is responsible for optimizing and improving processes, driving focus on nurturing talent, accelerating a culture of innovation, building eminence, and propelling advocacy within the lab. He has extensive experience leading transformation projects, driving continuous process, and product improvements and coaching teams on transition to Agile development methodologies. Rajeev is an engineer at heart and has a strong background in software engineering, having worked as a Technical Manager for IBM Runtimes Technologies and as a Software Developer for IBM Java Virtual Machine (JVM). He is also a culture champion, coach, change catalyst, storyteller, and speaker. Rajeev holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Government Engineering College, Bhopal, and a General Management Program for IT Industry from the Indian Institute of Management, Calcutta.
