Rajeev Sharma is an accomplished customer service professional with almost 30 years of experience in the multi-utility diesel engines industry. He has worked with industry leaders such as Cummins, Eicher Engines, Ashok Leyland, and Hyundai Heavy Industries Co Ltd. He has extensive experience in service system development, dealer development, network development, new products launch, project management, AMC development, and field services with a wide understanding of new generation engines and application engineering. During his initial years with Cummins, he mastered field engineering services and subsequently charted a growth path, finally managing development of service business across product lines in the exit capacity of Executive Manager. Rajeev is a recognized professional in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and has developed beneficial relationships with large corporate houses and Government departments by providing reliable and cost-effective solutions. He has demonstrated proven expertise in service competency development across internal teams & Dealerships to meet emerging business objectives as well as training customers on products. He has supported closing of numerous prestigious projects involving installation & commissioning, repowering, retrofitting & reconditioning, conversion, etc. and has introduced and generated sales of newly launched products through intelligent use of service network. Currently, Rajeev is the Head of Learning and Development at Autobot Academy, where he is responsible for coordination with Indian Railways & RDSO for Railway Business, coordination with Dealers & GOEMS, Dealer Development, Capability Building of Dealership Network, Warranty Administration, and Failure Investigation in case of major/critical failures. Prior to this, he worked as a Freelance Trainer at Sewells MSXI, where he was responsible for identifying training requirements and organizing/conducting training programs for in-house Field Engineers, Dealers, conducting periodical training programs for Major Customers like Indian Railways, BSNL, Northern Cold Field, Taj Group of Hotels, etc., conducting Dealership audits & Periodical Dealership Score Card Audits to plan further actions for dealer development, providing technical support to field engineers & dealerships, and conducting failure investigation in critical failures. He has also worked at Tata as a Member Centre of Excellence - Automotive Domain, where he was responsible for dealer coordination, OEM coordination, MTTR reports & Warranty Claims, assisting Lead trainer for the training Programmes, assisting Internal Auditors for dealership audits, team building at dealerships, technical & logistic support to dealers, and Recon & Overhaul business with Indian Railways.
