Rajendra Lora is a highly experienced Co-Founder and CEO at Freshokartz Agri, an AgriTech company that provides soil data-based crop and fertiliser recommendations to farmers. With over 8 years of relevant experience in the field, he has successfully built an innovative platform that delivers quality seeds, pesticides, and fertilisers through a network of physical centres. Rajendra is responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of Freshokartz, including overseeing the development of the farm management software that tracks the whole crop cycle data like sowing date, fertiliser date, and pesticides date. He also guides the farmers at a micro-level, helping them to market their products/output. Additionally, he manages a team of field executives who use the mobile app to map the data, ensuring that the farmers receive the best possible recommendations. Prior to founding Freshokartz, Rajendra worked as a Technology Project Manager for a startup where he led a team of over 10 developers and designed the architecture of the tech stack. He also worked as a Software Engineer at Suvidhaa, where he developed API for integration with companies' existing systems and worked closely with Flask, MySQL, Payments, Payment Gateways, and other technologies. Rajendra holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Design, and Manufacturing, Jabalpur. He has also graduated from the YC Startup School, a virtual startup program offered by Y Combinator. He has a strong technical background in Python, Flask, MySQL, and other relevant technologies.
