Rajendra has a diverse recruiting experience in both technical and non-technical arenas, with expertise in top-notch recruiting practices and exposure to hiring assignments across APAC with primary focus in India, China, Singapore, Australia, Philippines as well as US, LATAM. Rajendra's expertise and exposure include Technical Recruiting, Non-Technical Recruiting, Scaling the Talent Sourcing Function, Contract Staffing, Campus Recruiting, Performance Management, Talent Mapping, Enhancing the Functionality of ATS, Recruiting AI / Machine Learning Tools Calibration, Design & Executing Campus Collaboration Programs, Succession Planning, Conflict Resolution, Leadership Learning Programs, Candidate Engagement Programs & Employer Branding, Compensation Benchmarking, Diversity & Inclusion Initiatives. Currently, Rajendra is the Vice President - Global Talent Acquisition at Nium, where he is responsible for leading the talent acquisition function globally. Prior to Nium, Rajendra was the Head of Talent Acquisition for Uber APAC and Uber India & South Asia. Rajendra holds an MBA degree in HR & IT from the University of Hyderabad and a BCA degree in Computers from Gandhi Institute of Technology & Management (GITAM) University, Visakhapatnam. He also holds a +2 degree in MPC from Narayana College, Nellore, and a 10th Class degree from St. Joseph's High School, Vizianagaram.
