He is currently the Head of Engineering at Traveloka and is also establishing the CARS24 engineering team at Bangalore. Rajesh is an expert in leading cutting-edge solutions for major companies such as Flipkart, Intuit, and Obopay, and has demonstrated strong technical leadership throughout his career. He has built teams of excellent software professionals and motivated them with excellent leadership skills, enormous experience, technology, and exposure to delivery in information technology solutions that significantly build brand value, impact business growth, and profitability across products and services. Prior to his current role, Rajesh served as the Senior Director of Engineering at CARS24, where he built a team of exceptional engineers and set up a vibrant culture in Bengaluru. He also played an instrumental role as an engineering leader in setting up Expedia Global Partner Solution vertical in Bangalore during his tenure at Expedia, where he chartered and established the tech team ground up for Expedia partner on-boarding platform and drove collaboration across geo-locations pan Expedia. Rajesh has a Master's Degree in Consultancy Management from Birla Institute of Technology and Science, Pilani, and a Master of Science (M.Sc., DRDO) in Computer Science from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya. He also holds a degree from TC Jain. With 17.20 years of relevant experience and expertise in senior software engineering, Rajesh is a technology leader with a passion for innovation and hiring top talent.
