Rajesh Anandan is an impact entrepreneur and growth architect with over 25 years of relevant experience. He is the co-founder and CEO of Ultranauts Inc, an onshore quality engineering firm that aims to demonstrate that neurodiversity, including autism, is a competitive advantage for business. Rajesh is also the founder of Unicef Ventures and the creator of Unicef Kid Power, a wearable-for-good named one of TIME’s 25 Best Inventions. Rajesh began his career at Microsoft as a program manager and then joined Bain & Company, where he focused on business incubation and growth strategy. For the past two decades, he has worked in the impact sector, including launching and running Unicef Ventures. Rajesh has a BSc and MEng in Computer Science and Electrical Engineering from MIT with concentrations in Artificial Intelligence, Systems Dynamics, and Economics. At Ultranauts Inc, Rajesh is building a world-class software and data quality engineering firm that delivers superior value for customers. He is designing a universal workplace that can serve as a replicable blueprint for other employers. Ultranauts Inc has been named a FastCompany World Changing Idea, Interbrand Breakthrough Brand, and MIT SOLVE Winner in the Work of the Future Challenge. The company provides a full suite of software and data quality engineering services to a wide range of Fortune500 and startup clients. The team members are working in 30 states across the U.S., 75% of whom are on the autism spectrum, and 100% of whom believe that their differences as individuals make them better together. Before Ultranauts Inc, Rajesh founded Unicef Ventures, an incubator for new self-sustaining impact businesses. He also oversaw Unicef USA's digital platforms and fundraising efforts, modernized the Trick or Treat for Unicef and Unicef Tap cause campaigns, led public-private partnerships with corporations, foundations, and academia, and co-led the organization’s strategic planning process. Rajesh also set up and ran the Private Sector division at the Global Fund in Geneva to support a $10 billion program portfolio across 136 countries. He led the development of public-private co-investments, access and pricing initiatives, and cause-related marketing ventures such as (PRODUCT)RED.
