Rajesh Balaji is a highly experienced Sr Technical Lead / Technical Architect with Microsoft (via MindTree LTD) with over 12+ years of experience in Microsoft Technologies. He has extensive knowledge in S/W Architecture, Development, Implementation, Deployments & Automation, with 12+ years of relevant industry experience. Rajesh has worked extensively in Microsoft Azure, including Technical Design, Development, Team management, etc. He has handled projects End to End on Waterfall, Agile and Iterative procedures, including Requirements Gathering, Analysis, Designing Techniques, Coding, Unit / Integration Testing, Code Reviews, POCs, Deployments, Problem fixing on SDLC & Agile (Bi-weekly) sprints. As a Subject Matter Expertise, Rajesh has hands-on experience on .Net/Core, C#, MS Azure, REST API, MVC, MS/Azure SQL, Angular 5, TypeScript, SharePoint (Office 365) & various third-party integrations in all versions. He has experience on multi-domains including Finance, E-Learning, Manufacture, Insurance, IT, Banking, Government, Services, etc. Currently, Rajesh is working as a Technical Lead (Net/Core, C#, MS Azure, API, MVC, MS/Azure SQL, Angular, PowerShell, Power BI, etc) at Mindtree. His responsibilities include requirements gathering, analyzing the technical & functional challenges on the public & private cloud environments & multiple applications, analyzing & designing & developing the COGS Crawler components on stateless microservices for Azure IaaS, Service Fabric, Storage Explorer, LBS, N/W, etc. details from the azure portal, developing new & migrate the existing features from PowerShell related into COGS Crawler Services and back-end tools integration via the azure portal, designing & developing new automation components to migrate the Dynamics DB’s on MS PowerApps/Power Automate & Geneva Automation, and working on new & various technologies and different MS Azure components based on the requirements. Rajesh has also worked with Infosys Technologies Ltd Microsoft and CGI in the past, where he held the positions of Technology Analyst and Software Engineer, respectively. He has a Master of Computer Applications (M.C.A) from Anna University and a Bachelor of Computer Science (B.Sc.) from Periyar University.
