Rajesh Dhara is an experienced IT Analyst with a focus on Fraud Risk Management. He currently works at TCS, where he is involved in the development of Tata Neu, a super app that integrates the Tata group's most trusted brands into a single convenient platform, offering users a versatile and unmatched shopping experience. Prior to his current role, Rajesh worked as a Technology Lead at Synechron, where he was involved in the performance improvement of server-side payment processing switch using Redis, Kafka, and event-driven microservices. He also worked as a Software Engineer at RS Software, where he designed and implemented a Real-time Fraud Risk Monitoring and Management solution (FRM) as part of NPCI at network level. This solution is used for monitoring ATM, POS, E-com, UPI, and RuPay credit cards. Rajesh's experience in Fraud Risk Management has led him to design and implement a Real-time Fraud Risk Monitoring and Management solution (FRM) at network level. This solution is offered as a value-added service by NPCI to member participants for fraud detection and prevention. As of now, the solution is implemented for NFS and RuPay, and it is intended to be implemented for all the online products offered by NPCI. Rajesh has a Master of Computer Applications degree from Heritage Institute of Technology and a Bachelor of Computer Application degree from Netaji Subhas University of Technology. He also has a strong educational background in Information Technology and has completed his secondary and higher secondary education from Naikuri Thakurdas Institution. Rajesh has a strong technical background in Spring, Redis, Kafka, Java, Azure, DAO, Web, Integration, Mobile, and Frontend. He has relevant experience of 7.86 years in the industry. His expertise in Fraud Risk Management and technical skills make him a valuable asset to any organization.
