Rajesh Gupta is a highly experienced Head of Supply Chain Management at Piramal Enterprises Limited, with over 15 years of cross-functional experience in manufacturing and service industries. He is also a Freelancer Trainer for Lean Six Sigma - Black Belt and a Consultant for Working Capital Management through P2P, O2C, Inventory Management, Indirect Procurement & Master Data Management Integration for the Company. Rajesh holds a Master of Business Administration in Operation Management from Symbiosis International University and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical from Magadha University. Rajesh is certified in Production and Inventory Management (CPIM) by Certified Supply Chain Professional APICS and Supply Chain Management by Confederation of Indian Industry (CII). He is also ERP trained in SAP MM, PP, SD, FICO, and a Certified Six Sigma Black Belt Professional from American Society for Quality (ASQ) and Master Black Belt Certified from Indian Statistical Institute (ISI). Rajesh is a Certified Lean professional from Genpact infrastructure private ltd (GE) and has been trained on TPM, TQM, WCM & ISO 9001-2000. He has received the Perseverance Award for FY 2007 - 2008 at WNS Global Service. Rajesh's specialties include Supply Chain, Shared Services & Operational Excellence. He executes quality improvement projects through Continuations Improvement techniques like Lean, Six Sigma, Kaizen, Brainwaves to enhance productivity & profitability of the business. Rajesh maintains stringent adherence to quality standards, identifies gaps, and takes preventive and corrective action. He implements stringent quality control systems to reduce defect level & rework and designs new processes & improves existing processes in the Supply Chain Area. Currently, Rajesh is heading the Supply Chain Department of Piramal Nutrition Solutions, a business division of Piramal Healthcare, taking care of Material Movement (End to End - from Vendor to Customer including conversion from RM PM to SFG to FG) for the following business Division - Human Nutrition, Animal Nutrition, Institutional, Pharma, Trading.
