Rajesh Jain is an accomplished technology leader with over 20 years of extensive experience in product lifecycle execution, including product requirement engineering, R&D, product development, integration, and solutions in Unified Communications (UC), Video Collaboration, Application, Datacom, and Networking domain. Currently, he is serving as Senior Director - Engineering | Communications at HARMAN International, where he is responsible for leading the engineering team and driving innovation in the communications space. Rajesh has expertise in multiple areas of collaboration, such as Microsoft Skype for Business, Teams, WebRTC, etc. He has a proven track record of successfully delivering complex projects and products in the communications domain. Prior to his current role, Rajesh worked as a Technical Lead at Hughes Software Systems, where he was responsible for leading the technical team and delivering solutions in the communications space. Before joining Hughes Software Systems, Rajesh worked as a Principal Systems Engineer at Aricent formerly Hughes Software, where he was responsible for designing and developing products in the communications domain. He has also worked as a Principal Engineer at Polycom, where he was responsible for developing video conferencing products. Rajesh holds a Master of Technology in Computer Science & Technology from IIT and a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronics and Communications Engineering from MNIT. He has a strong technical background and expertise in Integration. With more than 23 years of relevant experience, Rajesh is a highly skilled and knowledgeable technology leader who can drive innovation and deliver results in the communications domain.
