Rajesh Kaipa is an experienced Head of Information Technology Department with a broad range of expertise in Networking, Telephony, Training & Lab maintenance, Internal Systems, New Hire Administration, IT Help Desk Administration, and Asset Management. With 19.45 years of relevant experience, he has learned and developed the skills as a Junior Systems Administrator and grew into a Subject Matter Expert and mentor in these areas while developing a keen passion for systems and network administration. Rajesh has end-to-end expertise in setting up and maintenance of workstations and software resources for large programs under strict timelines, while ensuring smooth functioning and troubleshooting. He has ownership of corporate network and is responsible for new hire infrastructure set up ranging from workstations, software, and telephone network. Rajesh has provided high-level technical support, including identifying and resolving problems on Cisco supported products for e-Commerce infrastructure. Currently, Rajesh is the Head of Information Technology Department at Salar Publication Trust, where he is responsible for checking and maintaining the systems, maintenance of Salar and CRC website, handling the YouTube channel, and working towards increasing the digital footprint of the Daily Salar through an E-paper. In the past, Rajesh has worked as a System Engineer at Deccan Chronicle, where he supervised and solved problems related to Networking and Servers. He has also worked as a Desktop Engineer at Pennant Software Pvt Ltd, where he was responsible for installation & troubleshooting Windows XP Operating Systems, Software's, Desktop Applications, Configuring mail Clients like Microsoft Outlook, and attending End User system problems through Remote Desktop tool, maintaining LAN Infrastructure. Rajesh holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer/Information Technology Administration and Management from Bundelkhand University. With his expertise in infra, Rajesh is a valuable asset to any organization.
