Rajesh Kanukollu is an experienced software engineering leader with more than 22 years of experience in building and delivering large-scale products in diverse domains such as healthcare, market data, and point of sale (POS) using various technology stacks including AWS, Cloud Foundry, and big data. He is currently working as the R&D Lead at Movella India, where he is building a high-performance team for next-gen platform engineering in human performance management and recovery. Rajesh is a keen AI enthusiast and a big believer in producing tangible business results using data-driven insights. He is the founder of Insisiv Labs and its product Insisive Cloud, which is a cloud management SaaS targeted initially for AWS. The platform uses a mix of data-driven insights and smart automation to reduce costs, identify wastage, and fix it with minimal human intervention. Rajesh is responsible for the concept to product development of Insisive Cloud. Prior to joining Movella, Rajesh worked as an Analytics Solutions Architect and Chief Product Owner at Philips, where he led the cross-functional team consisting of data engineers, data scientists, and product owners in building machine learning for connected propositions. He was responsible for building reusable data products based on big data and machine learning to help improve efficiency and engagement of various connected propositions (IoT devices and their related mobile apps) of Philips. Rajesh holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from Osmania University and has a strong technical background in AWS, AI, parts-of-speech, big data, senior software engineering, product management, ML, and mobile. With his extensive experience in building and delivering large-scale products and his passion for AI and data-driven insights, Rajesh is a valuable asset to any organization looking to leverage technology to drive business results.
