Rajesh Kumar T is an experienced Talent Acquisition Leader with over 16 years of experience in recruiting, resource management, executive search, and customer relationship management. He is currently the Director of Talent Acquisition (India) at Integrate, a global leader in Precision Demand Marketing that works with high-growth and enterprise organizations to develop and deliver an omnichannel demand strategy, convert leads to revenue, and drive marketing ROI. Rajesh is responsible for leading the talent acquisition function across Chennai, Bangalore, Mumbai, and Delhi to meet the hiring needs for technical and non-technical roles. He manages and mentors a high-performing team of recruiters and RPO partners and has hands-on experience in self-sourcing and recruiting for senior roles. Rajesh holds a Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Psychology from the University of Madras, a Bachelor of Science (B.Sc.) in Computer Science from D.R.B.C.C.C Hindu College, and a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resource Management (PGDHRM) from Indira Gandhi National Open University (IGNOU). He is skilled in Salesforce, search, infra, data engineering, QA, and product management.
