Rajesh Kumar is a highly experienced Software Architect with over 28 years of relevant experience in the field. Currently, he is working at MAXIMUS as a Software Architect, where he has successfully converted the CRIS product from Visual FoxPro platform to state of the art .NET platform using WPF, EF technologies. The new CRIS product is now even stronger as acknowledged by customers and is the Industry leader. Rajesh is responsible for managing technical team members, interacting with all stakeholders and supporting Help desk. He also works with feedback from customers, designs and implements new and innovative features to improve the product. Before joining MAXIMUS, Rajesh worked as a Sr. Software Consultant at Cision, where he worked on RDS v1.3 rewrite. He also worked as a Software Consultant at Prairie Avenue Consulting Intersoft Corporation, where he consulted for ISVs like Intersoft/Prairie Avenue Consulting. He worked on various different projects and clients like Store Eyes, True Value, etc. Rajesh has an Advanced Diploma in Systems Management from NIIT, where he studied Computer Software Engineering. He also has a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Computer Science and Engineering from Anwar Ul Uloom College. Rajesh studied till 9th grade at Gujarati High School. Rajesh's specialties include Products and Solutions full development life cycle from concept to delivery. He has a strong technical background and is skilled in Senior Software Engineering. Rajesh is a self-motivated and goal-oriented person who is always keen to learn new technologies and apply them in his work. He is a great team player and enjoys working with people from diverse backgrounds.
