Rajesh MK is a highly experienced Director of Engineering and Senior Engineering Manager with over 16 years of relevant experience. He currently works at Seanergy Digital as the Director of Engineering, where he leads a team of 40 engineers spread across India, US, and Europe. Rajesh is responsible for managing projects and people, ensuring that all engineering work is completed to the highest standards. Prior to his role at Seanergy Digital, Rajesh worked at Adtran as a System Architect, where he was responsible for leading a team of architects and working on the Subscriber Solutions and Experience ART. He was also in charge of developing the product portfolio, which included switches, routers, wireless access points, GPON ONTs and RG, and their management platforms. Rajesh focused primarily on wireless access points and next-generation management platforms. Before joining Adtran, Rajesh worked at Applied Discovery/Aeries Technology as a Senior Systems Analyst. He has a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science and Engineering from the National Institute of Technology Calicut, which he completed in 2005. Rajesh is a Senior Software Engineer with expertise in project management, people management, architecture, and engineering. He is highly skilled in wireless access points, next-generation management platforms, and a range of other technologies.
